The small Mountain Cottage lies high above Zermatt in Findeln, 2100 meters above sea level.
Its romantic charm and indescribable view of the Zermatter alpine world promise that a stay in the Mountain Cottage will be a most memorable experience. It was with heart and soul that Heinz Julen managed to transform this 100+ year old chalet into a small wellbeing oasis.
Through the large window in the bedroom, the Matterhorn is the first and last thing that will delight you on every day of your vacation. In Winter, the small chalet offers ski-in / ski-out possibilities, and in Summer you are just minutes away from the most stunning hiking trails in Zermatt. The Mountain Cottage is the perfect escape from the stresses of life. Where can you imagine a better place to relax and recharge than in the heart of breathtaking nature.
The view from the Moutain Cottage is awe-inspiring. The large window in the bedroom conveys the feeling that the Matterhorn belongs only to you!
In addition to the double bed, the Cottage features two single beds (ideal for children). In the same room you will find a washroom with a toilet. The Cottage sleeps up to 4 people.
On the entrance level, you will find the living room and kitchen. In the sofa corner, uniquely built from aged wood, leather and cow hide, there is a satellite TV for your use. The direct view of the Matterhorn provides you with the ultimate calming effect after a long day outdoors.
The dining area features a rustic wood table and comfortable chairs. The Mountain Cottage is heated through solar panels and additionally, there is a fireplace (wood included) which delivers special charm to mountain life.
